About these projects
Each raised bed guide gives you a materials list, a cut list sized to standard lumber, plan sheets and, where one is ready, a 3D model you can turn to see how the corners go together. The range runs from an open-bottom square bed to L- and U-shaped beds, planters on legs, and beds with hoops, cold frames or pest screens.
Start with the spot. A raised bed wants level ground, sun for what you plan to grow, and room to reach every side. The site checks at the top of each guide cover that before you buy a board.
