Can you help me catch up on an overgrown yard?
Yes, for ordinary maintenance within the services listed here. Tell us whether grass, weeds, accessible shrubs, or loose plant debris are the main problem. Photos by email can help show how much has built up and what should be tackled first.
Can we arrange regular care after a cleanup?
Yes. Regular mowing, bed care, and cleanup can keep small jobs from building up again. The visit rhythm depends on growth, season, and the work you want handled. Discuss scope and availability with the owner.
Who will I speak with and who does the work?
The owner handles the maintenance directly. You can explain your priorities to the person who will work on the yard, including areas to leave alone or paths that need to stay clear.
What affects the estimate?
Yard size and condition, the tasks you want done, access, and visit frequency all shape the work. Agreed materials and green waste handling matter too. Send your priorities and photos by email if useful, then confirm what is included with the owner before booking.
What happens to leaves and trimmings?
Gathering and bagging loose green waste can be part of a cleanup. Tell us if you have a green waste bin and where it is. Agree on what will be gathered or placed in the bin before booking. If the waste cannot go in your bin, raise that early so the disposal plan is clear.
Is mulch included in garden bed care?
A light refresh of an existing bed can be discussed. The material, quantity, who supplies it, and the area to cover should be agreed on before booking. New bed installation is outside routine upkeep.
How do I get started?
Call, email, or use the inquiry form if it is available. Include your city, the work you want done, and details about access or overgrowth. You can email photos of the areas that need attention.
Can I ask about a property outside Hollister, Salinas, or Monterey?
Yes. The service area covers Monterey and San Benito counties. Share your city and the work you need so availability can be discussed.
Do you use weed killers or other pesticides?
No pesticide or herbicide application is offered. Garden bed care means hand weeding and light physical upkeep around existing plants.
Do you have a California contractor license?
No. Javi's Landscaping does not hold a California contractor license. The work here is routine gardening and yard maintenance. Construction, irrigation installation or repair, tree removal, and major pruning are outside these services.
